How do I know if the shoes will fit properly?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Since athletic fit varies by brand, we recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy for worn sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, sports undergarments and used equipment cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, LACES ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
How can I track my performance gear order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also monitor your status by logging into your LACES account.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our performance footwear and equipment come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from intense athletic use.
